Designed for installations where space is limited, this fuse block mounts directly on the battery stud, providing a streamlined and efficient alternative to traditional large current ANL fuse blocks.

Unlike traditional fuse solutions, the MRBF fuse block mounts directly onto the battery stud, eliminating the need for unprotected cables between the battery and the fuse. This not only saves valuable space but also reduces potential risks associated with cable damage before fuse protection, such as fire caused by corrosion or poor crimping. By integrating the fuse block directly into the battery system, you achieve a cleaner, safer, and more streamlined installation.

The housing of the YIS Marine MRBF fuse block is made of high-performance polyphenylene sulfide (PPS), a thermoplastic known for its excellent mechanical strength and resistance to high temperatures, even in environments exceeding 200°C. This makes it highly suitable for demanding applications such as marine engine chambers. The internal copper bus, at 2.5mm thickness and molded with the PPS plastic, ensures consistent electrical conductivity and long-lasting durability, distinguishing it from lower-cost alternatives that often use brass and less resilient materials.

To enhance better safety and user experience, YIS Marine has also incorporated an insulating cap made of thermoplastic vulcanizate (TPV). This eco-friendly material offers exceptional elasticity, impact resistance, and resilience against oils and acids. Our extended neck design ensures better coverage and easier handling compared to standard PVC caps, providing robust protection against accidental short circuits.

YIS Marine MRBF fuse block supports fuses rated from 30A to 300A and is compatible with M8 (5/16") ring terminals. It mounts on M10 (3/8") terminal studs by default but can be customized to fit M8 studs upon request. For added flexibility, a two-gang version is available, allowing two independently fused outputs from a single battery stud.
